Digital Postcards- An Alternative to Snail Mail

The following eye-candy was created by my sweet Mum on a fun and popular website especially for creating anything the heart can dream.  Since April is National Letter Writing Month, her idea was to incorporate that into her digital art and send her love to many in this fun and inspirational way.  Here are just a few examples of her work:

To Simply Saralee

For Tattered*rose

For Almadiana

To Augustana

To Andr@

By clicking any of the images, you will be taken to that individual piece of art in which you can see- along the right side of the screen- each item she used to create it.  To visit her Polyvore profile and view all of her work, click here.

On this website, just about anything within the capacity of your imagination can be created.  I call it digital scrapbooking.  It's scrapbooking without the messy glues, tapes, fuss and muss.  And it's simple to use, easy to embed on your blog, and a treat to email to a friend, just because.  Let me know if you decide to sign up!  I'd be proud to be your first contact!

  1. H. Rae,

Sounds like an interesting and creative idea. The digital postcards are quite fancy. However, there is still nothing like receiving a letter or post card in the mail that is non-digital in nature. I guess I'm still kind of "old fashioned" in that regard. :)
